Of course you can also practice golf on the island of Lanzarote. The "Lanzarote Golf Resort" is only a few minutes away from our Villa La Vega. The golf course was just completed in 2008 and is located very close, right between Tias and Puerto del Carmen. The popular 18-hole golf course has been designed in a very modern way and allowsboth beginners and professionals with a high handicap, to play golf in a unique island scenery.
The new Lanzarote Golf Resort is open every day, all year round and offers introductory courses as well as individual lessons and group training at the Golf Academy. From time to time even tournaments or other events take place, among others with international golf professionals.
The, since 1978 existing, golf course is located at the foot of the volcanic crater of Tahiche. From our Villa la Vega you need only about 20 minutes by rental car to get to the golf course. The golf course is very popular for many years now and offers similar services as the "Lanzarote Golf Resort" which is located near our apartments.
