You can leave your luggage with us till your departure.Number of individuals/children:We rent out our holiday properties to the specified and agreed number of individuals, this includes the children.Payment/Booking:Your reservation becomes valid, after the return and confirmation of our rental agreement with the agreed terms and conditions contained therein. After the booking you have to accomplish a down payment of EUR 100.- within 5 days. The remainder has to be paid upon arrival in cash.Pets:Pets may be allowed but only after consultation. Cancellation:You can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time prior to beginning of the rental. In this case, we will try to rent out your booked apartment to someone else. The lessee has the right to provide a substitute lessee, to take over the booking in full.In the case of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total price. In any case, a down payment will be withheld as compensation for time and expenses.We strongly recommend to purchase a travel cancellation insurance!
